PLEASE NOTE: Passenger ticket availability is the same online as over-the-phone. If passenger tickets are sold out online, then they are sold out to over-the-phone reservations as well.
Traditional
If your preferred travel time is displaying “PRE-SALE SOLD OUT,” this means the allotment of advance tickets has sold out, to both online and over-the-phone reservations. The remainder of tickets will be available for purchase in-person on the day of travel at the ticket window (first come, first serve).
High Speed
If your preferred travel time is not displayed, this means the tickets have sold out for that departure time, to both online and over-the-phone reservations. Day-of tickets may be available, on a standby basis, in the event of cancellations. However, for holidays & weekend standby is unlikely.
Due to limited capacities, tickets must be used on the selected dates and times. Changes are subject to availability.
