Traditional Ferries
If your preferred travel time is displaying “PRE-SALE SOLD OUT,” this means the allotment of advance tickets has sold out, to both online and over-the-phone reservations. The remainder of tickets will be available for purchase in-person on the day of travel at the ticket window (first come, first serve).
High-Speed Ferries
If your preferred travel time is not displayed, this means the tickets have sold out for that departure time, for both online and over-the-phone reservations. Day-of tickets may be available, on a standby basis,
Please note: Passenger ticket availability is the same online as over the phone. If passenger tickets are sold out online, they are sold out for over-the-phone reservations as well.
